Olivier Rousteing; he has stepped into a huge role at Balmain and he is killing it — he is breathing new life into the brand. Mary Katrantzou because of how she is reinventing printed textiles and what they can be, and Anne Sofie Madsen for her artistic and sculptural approach to clothing.

Who is the most stylish person you have ever seen?

Kate Lanphear.

What is the first thing you notice on a woman?

Her face.

What are the most treasured items in your wardrobe?

Vintage designer hammy downs from our mother.

Balenciaga, Givenchy, Celine.
