Are there any style combinations that you object to?

I don't object to any style as long as it fits the personality, age and body of the person wearing it.

Please describe your style in three words.

Minimalistic and constantly evolving.

What is the biggest mistake one can make when getting dressed?

Trying too hard.

Do you believe in role models?

Having a role model or mentor is wonderful; it keeps you focused on your goals.

What are your favourite fabrics?

Silk, cotton, and denim.

Which city has the best-dressed women?

Paris. There's something about that city that brings out the best in people. Then again, I am mostly there during fashion weeks.

Would you say that you are conservative or bold?

I'd say 70 per cent bold, 30 per cent conservative.

What are the rules in the way you dress?

Age appropriate, fits my body, and not too flashy (usually black/grey/nude—though I love colour on other people).

Celebrities and style...

With a few exceptions, thank God for stylists!

Name one garment/accessory that you can never have enough of?

Lace bodysuits.

A woman should always look like…

She is about to be swept off her feet.

Who taught you what you know about style?

I think you have it or you don’t. My mom was a good role model/shopping buddy whilst growing up.

How do you select your clothing every morning?

According to my mood and my schedule.

What is your biggest regret?

Convincing my mom to get rid of 70's classic clothing and accessories when I was growing up.

The three essential things a woman should know about style are…

Don’t try too hard, keep it simple, and in the words of a wiser woman: "Fashion passes; style remains".

Do you have any shopping rituals?

I never plan to shop. If I see something I like, I buy it.

We will never see you wearing...

I have learned to never say never.

Which new designers do you follow and why?

There are many talented designers popping up every year it's hard to keep up. I stay updated but don’t follow anyone specific.

Who is the most stylish person you have ever seen?

I have a friend that I would not mind trading closets for a while with.

What is the first thing you notice on a woman?

Her posture.

What are the most treasured items in your wardrobe?

A Japanese bamboo thread dress, a vintage leather tank top, and a pair of Y3 trousers I bought in Milan a few years ago.

The one image that defined your approach to style...

Daria Werbowy in a Céline ad from 2013, wearing a black suit and furry flat sandals.

Which fashion house never fails to impress you?

Céline, because I would love to wear everything there. Maison Martin Margiela because it offers the perfect mix of style combined with a sense of humour; it looks like they are having a ball.

One article of clothing that a woman needs to pay close attention to is…

Her shoes.

Is comfort an enemy of style?

Not at all. If you feel comfortable, you will look sexy and beautiful.

Who would you like to recommend for My Style?

Eyal de Leeuw, Head of External Relations at Design Museum Holon, and fashion designer Kedem Sasson.

The best words of advice you have ever heard?

Stay focused.
