Q: Which new designers do you follow and why?

Mary Katrantzou—very inspiring and beautiful work and Ilya Fleet—amazing leather accessories with an astonishing graphic approach.

Q: Please describe your style in three words.

Feminine, sportive, chic.

Q: What is the biggest mistake one can make when getting dressed?

Making too much of an effort.

Q: Do you believe in role models?

Role models can give you a kick in a good direction and inspire you.

Q: What are your favourite fabrics?

Silk, loden, cashmere, and merinos.

Q: Are there any style combinations that you object to?

Not really.

Q: Which city has the best-dressed women?

Paris, of course: a great mixture of different ethnicities and different approaches to style.

Q: Would you say that you are conservative or bold?

Bold on one hand, conservative on the other, regarding moral and human values.

Q: What are the rules, if any, in the way you dress?

There aren’t really, but yes, I love color.

Q: Celebrities and style…

This celebrity thing is getting a bit crazy, but where else do you see beautiful Hollywood diva gowns like on the red carpet?

Q: One garment/accessory that you can never have enough of?

Jackets, scarves, sunglasses.

Q: A woman should always look…

Chic.

Q: Who taught you what you know about style?

My eyes.

Q: How do you select your clothing every morning?

Depending on the mood and occasion.

Not having bought the clothes that I was in love with at that moment.

Dare, be proud, and be graceful.

I scout for a long time; the actual buy takes a second.

Mini-skirts and belly tops.

Prince.

The way she moves and talks.

Some evening gowns and my jacket collection.
